Mr. Shahid Mahmood Khan is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of diverse experience and performance track record that exceeds the benchmark equity index. He is acknowledged across various industry verticals for well-defined understanding of business dynamics and ability to identify and align organization's emerging needs with quality solutions. Having excellent analytical, leadership and management skills with expertise in Financial Management, Corporate Planning, Value Chain, Business Expansion, Acquisition and Mergers, and Business Development, Mr. Khan has contributed to the area of General Management at various senior leadership positions. As a seasoned business executive with multidimensional exposure, he has attended various management and leadership courses including the Advanced Management Program from INSEAD, France. His association with Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO) stretches over 12 years, where he led multiple functions at various leadership positions and played a strategic and pivotal role in business transformation, business expansion and growth of PARCO. The last position held by him before elevation to the position of MD at PARCO was Deputy Managing Director, Finance and Corporate Affairs
