  Mr. Asif Saeed Janjua PROJECT DIRECTOR - PCRL Mr. Asif Saeed Janjua holds Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Engineering & Technology Lahore and Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification. He has over 30 years of diverse Project Management experience. Prior to PARCO, he served Borouge (UAE) and Engro Corporation (Exxon Chemicals Pakistan Ltd) in various management roles.  He possesses rich experience of Mega Expansion Projects from design to execution, including Brownfield and Greenfield Projects. He has also led executive level PMOs for strategy formation and organizational transformation.

  Syeda Ameer Batool GROUP COMPANY SECRETARY & GENERAL MANAGER LEGAL Syeda Ameer Batool holds a LLM (Master of Law) degree from University of New Hampshire, USA. She has over 20 years of diversified experience in the field of Law with Companies based in USA and Middle East as well as over five years of experience as an adjunct Law professor in subjects of Commercial Law, International Law, English Constitution and Intellectual Property Law.  She joined PARCO in 2015 and working as full time Board Secretary for respective Boards of Directors of PARCO as well as its Subsidiary Companies PAPCO and PPGL. She is looking after all legal matters related to PARCO, its Subsidiaries and major ongoing Projects including PARCO Coastal Refinery (PCRL). She carries years of rich experience working with international Law Firms and Companies where she developed her legal skills to understand the competitive nature of today’s global business challenges.

  Mr. Umair Asghar Meer DEPUTY MANAGING DIRECTOR TECHNICAL / OPERATIONS Mr. Umair Asghar Meer holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Vienna University (WU) and Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from University of Engineering & Technology Lahore. He has also attended IMD Switzerland for Power 2 Manager Diploma program. He Joined PARCO in 2022. He brings with him an enriched and diversified experience of more than 25 years having worked in top ranking companies at senior level including OMV Austria, OMV Petrom Romania, OMV New Zealand, Shell and Engro.

Mr. Irteza Ali Qureshi DEPUTY MANAGING DIRECTOR & CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER Mr. Irteza Ali Qureshi is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of proven track record in developing business strategies and delivering results, value creation, turning around loss-making operations, organizational alignment & restructuring, developing organizational capability and infrastructure, acquisitions and business development. Mr. Qureshi started his career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, London in 1991 and has held senior management positions in the fields of General and Financial Management within private and public sectors and multi-national organizations within and outside Pakistan. Mr. Qureshi brings with him diverse experience in the areas of Operations, Finance, Audit, Consultancy, Treasury and Business Development.
